Once again it’s full of local events taking<br />
place in the area as well as a great range of<br />

<strong>Milnrow</strong> and <strong>Newhey</strong> Carnival which takes<br />
place on Saturday 23rd June and full<br />
details of the popular Rochdale Harriers<br />
and A.C annual 3 day event which returns<br />
for its 24th year on the 8th, 9th and 10th<br />
of June. <strong>Milnrow</strong> Band are also delighted to<br />
announce the appointment of their new solo<br />
trombone seat which you can read about on<br />
page 49.<br />
With lighter evenings and longer days now<br />
upon us, we can hopefully start to look<br />
forward to everything that Spring and the<br />
great outdoors has to offer!<br />
