Trust is important to Tommy and Regina<br />
O’Quin who are the long-time owners of<br />
Acme Body Shop. They work to earn and<br />
keep the trust of their customers and insurance<br />
companies. Tommy believes when he<br />
gives his word that he will provide the<br />
highest quality work, his customers trust<br />
him to follow through with his promise.<br />
Customer satisfaction from the time they<br />
step into the comfortable Acme Body Shop<br />
waiting room until their vehicles roll out<br />
the door is his main focus. The business,<br />
founded by Regina’s father Earl Fisher, has<br />
been family owned since 1949 and has<br />
maintained the tradition of superior service<br />
for over fifty years.<br />
The O’Quins are proud of their trained<br />
and experienced employees; most have<br />
worked for them for many years. They<br />
believe their employees are the best in<br />
<strong>Amarillo</strong> and “can fix anything.” In fact<br />
they think their technicians are awesome<br />
and the best in their field. They love to fix<br />
cars that are severely damaged and are<br />
known for doing so quickly and efficiently.<br />
Acme Body Shop has a new, modern shop<br />
equipped with state-of-the-art shop and<br />
paint equipment. They are careful to maintain<br />
all required licenses and certifications as<br />
well as insurance to give their customers the<br />
maximum protection.<br />
Acme Body Shop is an I-Car certified shop<br />
specializing in collision insurance work.<br />
They are an insurance company program<br />
shop affiliated with Allstate, Progressive,<br />
Charter, Farmers, Hartford, State Farm,<br />
American National, Metropolitan, and Met<br />
Life. Their reputation is known to insurance<br />
agents and adjusters in the area because<br />
they maintain appropriate program status by<br />
having the proper certificates, inspections,<br />
and training. Insurance companies trust<br />
them because they are honest and adhere<br />
to program guidelines ensuring excellent<br />
customer service.<br />
They also provide all types of fiber glass<br />
work for the repair of automobiles and recreation<br />
vehicles like boats, jet skies, and RV’s.<br />
Other services include 4-wheel alignment<br />
and suspension work, pinstriping, paintless<br />
dent repair, and detailing. The staff is available<br />
to help with towing service and acquiring<br />
rental cars. The company also runs a<br />
separate facility that is a custom shop. They<br />
take existing project cars and finish them<br />
out or initiate and complete custom cars<br />
according to a customer’s specifications.<br />
The long-term goal at Acme Body Shop is<br />

and providing safe cars. The O’Quin family<br />
has been dedicated to that goal since 1949.<br />
