จอมแก้วจบการศึกษาจากคณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ปริญญาตรีเอกภาษาอังกฤษ และปริญญาโท<br />
ด้านการแปล เธอเริ่มต้นเส้นทางอาชีพนักเขียนจากการเขียนบทความให้กับนิตยสารหลายเล่ม ปัจจุบันจอมแก้วทำางานเป็น<br />
อาจารย์ แต่เมื่อว่างเว้นจากหน้าที่ประจำา เธอก็ยังรับงานเขียนและงานแปลอยู่บ้างเป็นงานอดิเรก<br />
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree (English Major) and a Master’s Degree (Translation) from the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn<br />
University, Jomkaew started her writing a career as a freelancer for many leading magazines. Although she works<br />
full time as a lecturer, when time permits, she still continues her writing and translating jobs as a hobby.<br />

ช็อปฯ ใช้ชีวิตกลางแจ้ง ซึ่งนอกจากจะได้สูดอากาศสดชื่นแล้ว ยังได้ขำาคิกคักกับพี่ป้าน้าน้อง-คนพื้นที่ แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล<br />
ท่องเที่ยวเด็ดๆ เรียกว่า ไปใช้ชีวิตแบบไม่สโลว์ไลฟ์ แต่ต้อง Happy Life - สุขง่ายๆ สบายใจแค่นั้นเอง<br />
With a strong philosophy of having ‘work-life balance’, Muanfun’s life revolves around happiness. In her spare time,<br />
she enjoys travelling, dining, shopping and being outdoors. She lives life seeking fresh air and the smiles of sisters,<br />
aunts and local people around her. As an avid traveller, she always manages to fifif ind hidden meaningful spots,<br />
learning to not just seek a slow life but a happy life, full of simple pleasures.<br />

PATCHARIN TANGCHAISIN<br />
พัชรินทร์เป็นคนที่พิถีพิถันเรื่องการกินมาตั้งแต่เด็ก เธอเริ่มหัดทำาขนมอบเองตั้งแต่ม.ต้นจากการอ่านตามนิตยสาร หนังสือ<br />
อินเตอร์เน็ต หลังจบจากคณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ เธอก็มาเรียนทำาขนมที่ Le Cordon Bleu Dusit จากนั้นก็เข้ามาคลุกคลีเป็น<br />
นักเขียนเรื่องอาหารอยู่ที่นิตยสารชั้นนำาหลายเล่ม ปัจจุบันเธอเป็นนักเขียนแนวไลฟ์สไตล์ ชื่นชอบและถนัดด้านอาหารเป็นพิเศษ<br />
รวมถึงทำางานสไตลิสต์ควบคู่ไปด้วย<br />
Patcharin has shown a meticulous interest in food since childhood. She began baking on her own, learning from the<br />
internet, magazines and books. After graduating from the Faculty of Arts in Chulalongkorn University, she studied<br />
pastry at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit. She then became a food writer for many leading magazines and currently writes<br />
lifestyle articles with a special interest in food while also working as a stylist.
