เคยเห็นชางหรือเปลา<br />
ชางถือเปนสัตวคูบานคูเมืองของไทยมาตั้งแตสมัยโบราณ และสําหรับ<br />
ปลายปนี้ หลายองคกรไดจัดนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับชางซึ่งมีจํานวน<br />
เหลือนอยลงทุกวัน อยางนิทรรศการเอเลเฟนต พาเหรด กรุงเทพฯ<br />
โดยเครือโรงแรมอนันตรา รวมกับ Elephant Parade® นิทรรศการ<br />
แสดงศิลปะรูปปนชางเพนตกลางแจงที่รังสรรคโดยศิลปนทั้งชาวไทยและ<br />
ชาวตางชาติจํานวน 88 ตัว เนื่องในโอกาสพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจาอยูหัว<br />
ทรงเจริญพระชนมพรรษา 88 พรรษาในป พ.ศ. 2558 หลังจากจัดแสดง<br />
ที่ศูนยการคาสยามพารากอนระหวางวันที่ 1-18 ธันวาคม เอเชียทีค<br />
ระหวางวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม - 11 มกราคม 2559 และสวนลุมพินีระหวาง<br />
วันที่ 15-29 มกราคม โดยผลงานรูปปนชางทาสีนี้จะถูกนํามาประมูลเพื่อ<br />
หารายไดสนับสนุนมูลนิธิโกลเดนไทรแองเกิลเอเชียนเอเลเฟนต<br />
รวมถึงโครงการตางๆ ที่มุงชวยเหลือชางไทย นอกจากนี้ คุณสามารถ<br />
พบกับรูปปนชางหลากสีสันอีกโขลงใหญที่ยานเซ็นทรัล แบงคอก ใน<br />
นิทรรศการศิลปะเสนทางชางไทย 999 ที่จัดโดยเซ็นทรัล<br />
รวมกับขัวศิลปะ โดยงานนี้พรอมไฮไลต ‘ชางศิลป (ไทย-อิตาลี)’<br />
หรือรูปปนชางที่สูงถึง 4.2 เมตรที่หลังจากจบนิทรรศการ ในวันที่<br />
5 มกราคม 2559 แลวจะเดินทางไปโชวตัวในฐานะตัวแทนประเทศไทย<br />
ที่เมืองมิลาน ประเทศอิตาลีดวย<br />
Elephants have long been a symbol of Thailand since<br />
ancient times, and at the end of this year, several<br />
organisations joined hands to focus on elephant<br />
conservation through art exhibitions. One event is<br />
the Elephant Parade Bangkok <strong>2015</strong> exhibition held by<br />
Anantara Group and Elephant Parade®. This outdoor<br />
exhibition features 88 elephant sculptures painted<br />
by distinguished Thai and foreign artists. To celebrate<br />
His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 88th birthday,<br />
this event will be on display at Siam Paragon from<br />
<strong>December</strong> 1-18, Asiatique from <strong>December</strong> 18,<br />
<strong>2015</strong> - January 11, 2016 and Lumphini Park from<br />
January 15-29. After the exhibition, the sculptures<br />
will be auctioned to raise funds for the Golden<br />
Triangle Asian Elephants Foundation and other<br />
elephant-oriented initiatives. Another event is the<br />
Journey of 999 Elephants exhibition held by Central<br />
Group at Art Bridge Chiang Rai, which features 999<br />
painted elephant sculptures. The highlight is a<br />
4.2-meter ‘Chang Silp (Thai-Italy)’ Elephant that will<br />
travel to Milan, Italy, and represent Thailand after<br />
the exhibition.
