Standard 2.5 Operates effectively as an autonomous and
responsible practitioner
This standard addresses the requirement for radiographers and radiation therapists to
be responsible and accountable for their own work practices. They will demonstrate
initiative, acknowledge their own capabilities, and work within the limits of their own
Scope of Practice.
