Standard 5.2 Demonstrate effective clinical management of<br />

patients<br />

This standard relates to the radiographer or radiation therapist’s responsibility to ensure<br />

that the procedures carried out are applicable and relevant for the patient’s. It covers<br />

compliance with standard procedures, documentation, and collaboration with other<br />

members of the professional team to confirm that patients have the optimum outcome<br />

from each procedure.<br />
