Beds are essential factors in achieving a good night’s sleep. A<br />
mattress with its linen sheet, the quilt or blanket and the pillow…<br />
They are number-one physical factor for a good sleep.<br />
We normally do not give much thought to our bed. As long it<br />
has soft and thick casing, it should work for us. However, if<br />
you are having sleepless nights, feeling irritable upon waking<br />
up and suffering back pains, may be it is time to replace your<br />
mattress. Lack of sleep can cause depression, increase in weight,<br />
insulin levels and problems with learning and memory. A<br />
lot of road accidents are linked to drowsiness.<br />

A lot of types of mattresses are available in the market. The<br />
two factors that you should look for in a mattress are support<br />
and comfort. Support is determined by the number of coil<br />
springs inside the mattress or the kind of foam used while<br />
comfort is based on how your neck and back can be supported.<br />
Today’s people are luckier than those of past centuries. There<br />
are real good beddings. The mattresses are much better than<br />
any past ones. We are running after innovations with our two<br />
magazines and a trade fair and we are witnessing unbelievably<br />
quality masterpieces in materials, and finished products.<br />
We are featuring many of these wonders in our magazines.<br />
We are running from one trade show to another to tell new<br />
stories. We are going to Sao Paulo, Brazil to attend ForMobile<br />
with this issue. The following issue will be for our own show,<br />
SLEEP WELL EXPO ISTANBUL 2018.
