The app was launched last year for our<br />
SkyPriority customers. It collects your<br />
feedback so that we can make travel<br />
more seamless for all our First Class,<br />
Business Class and Elite Plus passengers.<br />
And this year, because we care about<br />
our customers and want to make it even<br />
easier for you to tell us what you think,<br />
we’ve given it an upgrade. It couldn’t be<br />
simpler to sign up and start telling us<br />
what is going well, but also what needs<br />
improving.<br />
There are three new features on the<br />
SkyPriority Panel app that, together<br />
with your help, will make flying in the<br />
future more pleasurable.<br />
Firstly, we’ve made becoming a Sky-<br />
Priority auditor even easier. Last year,<br />
we started inviting top frequent flyers to<br />
become auditors. We asked them to tell<br />
us about their experiences at every point<br />
during their journey. Now you can<br />
become an auditor in three clicks and a<br />
login via Facebook, for simpler, quicker<br />
reporting.<br />
Secondly, we’ve introduced the Jet Setters<br />
Community, a forum where you can make<br />
your voice heard on a number of aviation<br />
topics, plus you can submit your ideas<br />
for making SkyPriority even more useful.<br />
Thirdly, to recognise and reward contributors,<br />
we’re implementing a Your<br />
Contribution ratings system, where you<br />
can see how many reviews you’ve submitted,<br />
be awarded badges for reaching<br />
targets and see how you rank compared<br />
to other frequent flyers.<br />
Our SkyPriority Panel app is available in<br />
16 languages and is free to download.<br />
You can upload photos, comments and<br />
suggestions into the app. The information<br />
you give is shared in real time so we can<br />
fix potential issues as quickly as possible.<br />
