Simply use a chair to assist with<br />

postures! Chair yoga is for everyone<br />

and especially those who may have<br />

limited mobility and/or are unable<br />

to get up and down on a yoga mat.<br />

Postures can be modified to meet<br />

students’ needs. Please bring your<br />

health. Adapting classical Qi Gong<br />
