RAMAN NAGAR Combined EC Meeting of the Karyogam, Mahila vibhag Panchami, Youth wing Dhwani and Balajana Sakhyam Mandaram was held at 4.45 pm on 9th December 18 at the Karayogam office.Karayogam President Sri. Vijaya Kumar presided over the meeting which started with prayer by Ms. Parvathi followed by Acharya Vandanam.. 16 EC Members, Mahila Vibhag Chaithanya, Youth Wing-Drishyam Balajana Sakhyam-Kuttippattalam KNSS T. Dasarahalli Karayogam Condolence prayer was offered to late Rahul, grandson of our Karayogam member and to late Palliyath Yeshodamma, wife of Mr. Balakrishnan Nambiar and also to all the departed souls of our family members. The President Mr. Vijaykumar welcomed the members and pointed out the importance of the formation of Balajanasakhyam- Mandaram in the current s cenario where we have to fight to safeguard our Faith. Secretary Sri. Sasi KP presented the minutes of ECM 05 which was approved. Expenses of Bhajana and Youth wing Dhwani Band, Balajanaskhyam inauguration, Kannada Rajyotsavam and Childrens Day etc.. were presented and got approved by the ECM. Expenses for the Football Practice match were discussed and was also approved by the ECM Board matters:- Mr. Sasi KP briefed about the Annual General council meetings As decided by the ECM 05, we organized Bhajan & Bakthi Gana Mela in the evening on 17th November(Vrishchikam 1) followed by Annadanam. This was a new event and experience for our Karayogam and was conducted excellently well by our team. Mr. Murali Koroth our Treasurer was leading the Bhajan team, supported by youth wing ‘ Dhwani’ singers . More than 65 family members turned up for the program which was a grand success. We received the whole hearted support from Mahila Vibhag ‘Panchami’ and Youth wing Dhwani. Youth wing- Dhwani band Inauguration:- On the same day, the youth wing band named Dhwani Band was inaugurated by famous Singer Ms. Sripriya. Singers from Dhwani Band Ms. Divya prajosh, Mr. Mithun, Ms. Parvathi, Mr. Karthik, Mr. Anish, Master Rahul Sasidharan and others sang on this occasion. Our family members also joined the event with devotional songs. That evening was very colorful and it became one of the memorable events of our Karayogam . We can be proud of our team KNSS. Balajanasakyam formation:- Balajanasakhyam formation was arranged with the Children’s day & Kannada Rajyotsav celebrations. This programs were conducted at the Pragathi club ,Mahadevapura. It was inaugurated by KNSS Vice Chairman1 Adv.Vijaya kumar in the presence of Special Guest of Honor Mr. T V Narayanan KNSS -VC 2. Balajana Sakhyam “ Mandaram” formed by our children came into life on this colourful occasion. Mandaram selected its office bearers as follows- Ms. Sneha Muralidharan (President) Ms. Anushka R Nambiar (Secretary) Master. Atul Chandran (Vice President), Ms. Keerthan Vijaya kumar (Jt. enjoyable. Kannada Rajyotsava :- A Speech by Ms. Baby Rani Gopakumar on the importance of Kannada language and Kannada Rajyotsavam was well received by the audience. She also volunteered to take Kannada Classes for our Karayogam. Children’s day was celebrated by distributing chocolates to children and family by KNSS VC- 1- Adv. Vijayakumar & Mrs. Vijayakumar. The Pragathi club auditorium expenses of Rs. 5000/- was sponsored by our Special Invitee member Mr. Gopakumar. The ECM express its gratitude to Mr. Gapakumar & family for his contributions. Mahilavibhag Panchami matters:- The Panchami Vice Presdent Ms. Juli and Secretary Ms. Jayasree Vijayakumar along with other Panchami members attended the meeting. It was informed that monthly meetings are being conducted regularly and all the activities are going on smoothly. They also promised their whole hearted support for all the upcoming Karayogam programs. Youth wing Dhwani matters :- Youth wing Secretary Mr. Sreejith and team attended the meeting and stated that the Dhwani meetings were conducted regularly. They also promised their whole hearted support for all the upcoming Karayogam programs. ECM specially appreciated Youth wing Dhwani team for their initiatives & involvements in all our activities, their team work and support to our Karayogam Football Tournament:- Details of the football tournament were discussed and it was finalized that on 25th December 2018, we will be conducting the inter karayogam football tournament at Kalabhavan (Kalavedi) Foot Ball Ground from 10am onwards. It is expected to last till 8pm . E.C request the support of all for the generation of funds. All team members extended their whole hearted support . Ponkala Maholsav 2019:- On 20th February we will be conducting the Ponkala Mahotsav at Jalakanteshwara Temple. The amount for the Ponkala kit is finalized as Rs. 300/- as last year. This will be followed by Annadanam. Mahila vibhag Panchami and Youthwing- Dhwani will team up together to conduct the Ponkala Mahotsavam. Karayogam and Mandaram will be supporting them for this. Panchami Secretary Ms. Jayasree Vijaykumar and Youth Wing secretary Mr. Sreejith are selected as the main Coordinators for this event. All team members extended their whole hearted support for this. New Memberships:- Mr. Muralidas, Mr. Sridharan S and Mr. Sumesh SK joined as new members in our Karayogam proposed by Mr. Vijaya kumar and Seconded by Mr. KP Sasi. Vote of thanks:- Our Karayogam Secretary Sri. Sasi KP proposed vote of thanks to EC members of Karayogam, Panchami, Dhwani, & Mandaram for their contributions, support, team spirit and efforts. VIMANAPURA Karayogam conducted its sixth EC meeting at 4.30 pm on 2 Dec 18 at MMH. President Sri Premadasan welcomed all EC members and appraised the house about the activities carried out by the KNSS and Karayogam during last month. The committee approved the minutes presented by the Secretary Sri. KP Padmakumar and the statement of accounts presented by the Treasurer Sri. Pradeep Kumar C. The committee discussed about the progress of fund raising for the future expansion of Karayogam building. The Karayogam Library is functioning well and the members are utilising the facility. The Committee decided to conduct the 4th Mannam Memorial Badminton Tournament on 3rd Feb 19 and discussed the modalities of conducting the same. Obituary : The committee observed one minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed souls of Shri Sadasivan Nair, Life Member, Shri Anadkumar MP, Shri Ambarish MLA, Shri Jaffer Sheriff, Former Railway Minister, and those who died in the bus accident at Mandya. Malayalam Class: Malayalam class is started and is progressing with good strength. Members are requested to register their wards’ names for the same.
