Mannam Jayathi: The EC meeting decided to celebrate<br />

Karayogam Picnic : The one day outing to Thalakkad<br />
which was scheduled on 09 Dec 18 is cancelled.<br />
The meeting ended with vote of thanks by Jt. Secretary<br />

The Executive committee meeting of the Karayogam<br />
was held on 9th <strong>December</strong> <strong>2018</strong> at Karayogam office.<br />
Karayogam President Sri.K.N.Jayakrishnan presided over<br />
the meeting. Meeting commenced with prayer followed<br />
by Acharya vandanam. House observed one minute silent<br />
prayer to the departed soul of our life member Sri.Govindan,<br />
who expired on 11th November <strong>2018</strong> at his residence,<br />
Viveknagar. Secretary readout the minutes and Treasurer<br />
presented the accounts for the month of November. Both<br />
were approved by the house. President informed that Mrs.<br />
Renudev is conducting music classes at Karayogam office<br />
and is doing well. Few more students are attending the<br />
class now. House decided to host a monthly <strong>KNSS</strong> Board<br />
meeting after two months. Treasurer Sri.K.C.Sukumaran<br />
said that we can clear all dues to <strong>KNSS</strong> board during this<br />
month including <strong>News</strong> Bulletin charges for the year 2017-<br />
18. Secretary said that a letter was received from <strong>KNSS</strong><br />
Board reg. a meeting called on 16.12.<strong>2018</strong> at board office for<br />
formation of Samskarikavedi Core Committee and selection<br />
of convener and Mahila Vibhag Board representatives for<br />
the term of <strong>2018</strong>-20. Secretary informed that Karayogam<br />
participated in the inauguration of Abbigere- Shettihalli<br />
Karayogam on 8th <strong>December</strong> and Mandya Karayogam on<br />
9th <strong>December</strong> <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
WHITEFIELD<br />
The Executive Committee meeting of the Karayogam was<br />
held on 9th <strong>December</strong>,<strong>2018</strong> at the Karayogam office, AECS<br />
layout. Mahilavibagh members also attended the meeting.<br />
Karayogam President Shri.Vijay Kumar-N presided over<br />
the meeting and informed the house that now that our<br />
focus has to be on two important issues namely mobilizing<br />
aggressively Building Fund already launched and promote<br />
classes conducted at our Karayogam office. Bharathanatyam<br />

are being planned from 1st January,2019 onwards.<br />
New year/Christmas Celeberations :- Karayogam New<br />
Year and Christmas celebrations are scheduled for 6th<br />
January,2019(Sunday Evening Dinner) with lots of activities<br />
of Karayogam members. Participation of all our family<br />
members are earnestly solicited. Venue is Karayogam office<br />
in AECS Layout. All are Welcome. As part of Celebrations,<br />
a cooking competition is also being organized and request<br />
those who are interested to contact us and enrol. Secretary<br />
Shri.Padmakumar presented the minutes of the previous<br />
meeting and Shri.Aravindaksha Menon, Treasurer presented<br />
the statement of accounts. House unanimously approved<br />
both.<br />
Building fund :- Formally our Karayogam building fund<br />
donation campaign was launched during the inaugural<br />
ceremony of our new office on 19th October and E.C<br />
request the support of all our members and well wishers to<br />
cover the expenses already incurred and to move ahead to<br />
create a building fund for a permanent office space for our<br />
Karayogam.<br />
Bharathanatyam Dance/Yoga/Meditation/Vedic Maths/<br />
Drawing /Zumba & Other Dance/Music Classes :- We are<br />
very glad to inform that enrollment had already been started<br />
for all the above mentioned classes and Kannada/Malayalam<br />
basic language classes for the benefit of our members.We<br />
request those who are interested to contact us for further<br />

Charity Initiative :- As part of our continued support of<br />
Charity initiative we are collecting clothes, new school<br />
stationary items and toys to support the identified charity<br />
organisations/schools for the benefit of under privileged. All<br />
of you are requested to contact us and deliver the items you<br />
wish to donate at our office in AECS Layout and support<br />
our efforts.<br />

Birthday Parties and organizing Birthday Events on nominal<br />
cost at our Karayogam office for the benefit our members.<br />
