KNSS Vidyamandir
Annual Sports Day: KNSS Vidyamandir conducted
its 3rd Annual Sports Day at the High School Premises
on 28.11.2018 in a grand manner. The High School H.M
Mr. Srinivasa.V welcomed the gathering. The programme
started with hoisting of School Flag and Torch bearing
ceremony by the Chief Guest Mr. K.V.Gopalakrishnan,
Joint General Secretary KNSS. He addressed the gathering
and received Salute from the School House’s March Past
Contingents. Mr. O.V.P.Nambiar, President MMECT and
Mr.K. Sukumar Joint Secretary MMECT also addressed
the gathering with their inspiring speeches. The School
Manager, Asst. Manager, Primary H.M, Teaching & Nonteaching
Staff and Students participated in the function.
The Students from Pre-Primary to X Std presented colourful
and variety shows, Pyramids and physical displays. All
the displays were of good standard. The Chief Guest and
the dignitaries appreciated the overall performance of the
Students. Prizes, Certificates and Medals were distributed
to all the winners in Sports and Games competitions. Mrs.
Bindu George, Primary HM proposed vote of thanks and the
function came to an end with National Anthem.
KNSS Vidyamandir Picnic/Study Tour: One
day trip to GRS Fantasy Park, Mysore was conducted on

29.11.2018 for the Students from I to IV Stds. A three day
Study Tour to Chikkmagaluru and adjacent places was
conducted from 1 st Dec. to 3 rd Dec. 2018 for the Students
from V to X Stds. Both the trips were well organized and
the Students enjoyed it a lot.
An Appeal to Members and Well – Wishers
Majority of our students are from poor families and need
support and sympathy from kind hearted members of KNSS
& other well-wishers. Willing sponsors are welcome to
donate a child’s annual tuition fee fully or partially. Please
contact the MMECT or Vidyamandir Administration for
details. All contributions to this account are exempted from
income tax under 80 G of I.T Act.
