The 5thmeeting of the Executive Committee <strong>2018</strong>-20 of the<br />
Karayogam was held on 6.12.<strong>2018</strong> at Karayogam Office.<br />
Shri K.C. Venugopal, Karayogam President presided over<br />
the meeting. Meeting started with Acharya Vandanam.<br />
House observed a minute’s silence as mark of respect to the<br />
departed souls during the last month. President briefed the<br />
members about the activities of last month. He also informed<br />
that the new Karayogam which was sponsored by Yelahanka<br />
Karayogam will be inaugurated on8th <strong>December</strong>. Invitations<br />
were sent to all Directors by <strong>KNSS</strong> Board. Our presence<br />
must be felt in the inauguration. He also congratulated Shri<br />
N Keshava Pillai for getting elected as President, <strong>KNSS</strong><br />
Benevolent Fund Committee. All members present also<br />
congratulated Shri N Keshava Pillai. Sri. M B Gopidas,<br />
Secretary, presented the minutes of the previous meeting<br />
and the meeting approved the minutes. Treasurer presented<br />
the accounts for the month of Nov <strong>2018</strong>. Meeting entrusted<br />
Shri M B Gopidas, Secretary to hand over a cheque of<br />
Rs 10,000 released from Chairman Relief Fund to Smt.<br />
Rama Radhakrishnan. Meeting also decided to contribute<br />
possible financial help to Shri Suresh for his sister’s medical<br />
expenses. Secretary informed that the selection of Mahila<br />
Vibhag Representative will be held on 16th <strong>December</strong> at<br />
<strong>KNSS</strong> Office and the President and Secretary of Mahila<br />
Vibhag will be notified to participate.<br />
