Panoramic views of the natural washes and
undulating landscape characteristic of the
desert southwest foster a sense of pride and
respect for the land and the community which
calls it home.
Albert Muller, Jr., developer, along with other
family members, had safety foremost in his
mind when planning the La Bota Ranch development.
A 24-hour manned security gate
assures residents continuing natural quiet and
safety of privately owned streets. Enhanced traffic
control gives residents a feeling of confidence
in the protection available for family.
The developers of La Bota Ranch are committed
to establishing an exclusive masterplanned
community that retains its environmental
heritage while holding high standards
for residences. Neighbors share common
greenbelts and amenities, including a private
park with a pond, swimming pool, hike and
bike trails, recreation areas, children’s playgrounds,
tennis and basketball courts, and a
community center. Great care has been taken
to make this community one-of-a-kind in
South Texas. Neighborhood streets end in culde-sacs
which offer safety and privacy with
minimal through traffic.
Cardinal Creek, La Bota’s first neighborhood,
created a viable homeowner’s association, which
expands to include new neighborhoods, such as
Hummingbird Creek Mockingbird Terrace,
Cinnamon Teal, and Mockingbird Heights.
To ensure the success of their project, the
developers of La Bota Ranch have joined with
community members to establish the La Bota
Ranch Foundation to sponsor the community’s
Julia Bird Jones Muller Elementary School. The
Foundation will partner with the school to set
educational benchmarks for the future and
ensure that resources are available to meet its
needs.
La Bota Ranch is a place where history is
helping to form new traditions.
La Bota Ranch is located at 307 A. F. Muller,
Sr. Memorial Boulevard, Laredo, Texas 78045;
