Whether your clients are jetting off on holiday or indulging in
a (hopefully sunny) staycation here, chances are they’ll want their
hair to reflect the summer season: think glossy balayages, hydrating
treatments and beachy waves. We spoke to some of the nation’s top
hairdressers to find out how they’re getting their businesses and their
clients ready for the warmer months. Turn to page 36 to discover the
services, techniques and products that get temperatures soaring. We’ve
also got all the results from the 2019 L’Oréal Colour Trophy Ireland
Grand Final – relive the night from page 28. And talking of competitions,
I’m very excited to reveal the finalists for Creative HEAD’s 2019 Most
Wanted and The List Awards. For the first time ever all categories
were open to Irish hairdressers and salons, so I hope you’ll join me
cheering on the finalists on 2 September at Printworks in London.
