Prof. Narayanaswamy is a faculty member in<br />
Finance and he has recently submitted his<br />
Ph.D. draft thesis in the area of Management.<br />
Since 1993, he has been into executive<br />
consulting and academic roles. After his<br />
active Industry association with leading Non-<br />
Banking Finance Companies for six years,<br />
he became an independent Consultant and<br />
Trainer to run his own consulting, training<br />
and teaching assignments with various<br />
B-Schools and companies.<br />
Prof. Radhika’s area of expertise is in Business<br />
Communication and Soft Skills. She has spent 22<br />
years in mentoring and training students out of<br />
which 13 years are at <strong>IBS</strong> Bangalore. Academic<br />
administration, and coordination in areas of<br />
students‘ activities and alumni have been an<br />
important part of her profile. She has conducted<br />
communication workshop for corporate executives<br />
and is a part of knowledge sharing programs for<br />
faculty and students from different colleges. She<br />
also teaches Human Resource Management and<br />
Personal Effectiveness Management.<br />
Prof. Ravichandran V.<br />
M.S. (Inf. Tech.), MBA (Finance)<br />
Prof. Ravichandran has over 31 years of experience – 28 of them in<br />
Industry (16+ years as a Business Manager in Himalaya Drug Co, 11+<br />
years as Manager in HSBC in the Global Banking Markets division and<br />
Analytics division (Credit Control Management, Credit Risk & Operation<br />
Risk Management, and Risk Analytics)) and over 3 years in Academics.<br />
He has handled various finance subjects – Financial Derivatives,<br />
Portfolio Management, International Financial Management,<br />
Advanced Capital Budgeting, Investment Banking, Strategic Financial<br />
Management, Project Appraisal & Finance, and Advanced Financial<br />
Management. He has also worked as a consultant in IT companies for<br />
a few assignments for BASEL related market risk projects. Currently<br />
he handles courses in the area of Investment Banking, Strategic<br />
Financial Management, Project Appraisal & Finance, Advanced Financial<br />
Management, and Marketing of Financial Products.<br />
