The just concluded placement season at IBS Bangalore for the outgoing 2019 batch of students witnessed a significant uptrend with a rush of offers from various reputed domestic as well as international MNCs that visited our campus. Reflecting the optimistic business sentiment, corporate houses across industry verticals showed keen interest in recruiting from our campus and offered higher pay packages than previous years. This is a reflection of the positive experience that our recruiters have had with our students from previous batches who have made successful careers in these organizations. NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR We believe that it is the responsibility of the institution to provide the best education and environment to make our students job worthy. The focus of our school is on maintaining high academic rigor with adequate exposure to real world problems and opportunities to engage with the corporate world. In addition, the diversity of students at IBS Bangalore makes for a unique and healthy environment that encourages interaction and peer learning. Placements at IBS Bangalore have always been a two-way process.
