Dr. Uma Sreedhar<br />

Dr. Uma has an MA in Clinical Psychology, an M.Phil. and<br />
a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology. She was a rank holder<br />
throughout. She has 21 years of experience in academics<br />
and teaches Organizational Behavior and elective<br />
courses in Human Resource Management for students<br />
and executive programs held at <strong>IBS</strong> Bangalore. She has<br />
trained more than 10,000 executives so far in the area<br />
of Organizational Behaviour, HR and Soft skills. Prior to<br />
joining <strong>IBS</strong>, she was working at Alliance University and<br />
has served there for 10 years. She is also actively involved<br />
in consulting and has written research papers in reputed<br />
management journals. She was awarded the Best Faculty<br />
for Institution Building for the year 2013-14.<br />
Dr. Vanishree G<br />
MA (Economics), Ph.D., MBA, [Ph.D.]<br />
Dr. Vanishree has a Ph.D. in Applied<br />
Business Economics and is also pursuing<br />
her second Ph.D. in Management. She<br />
has 26 years of experience in Academics.<br />
She has earlier worked as Director and<br />
Principal of various colleges. She has<br />
been a resource person, participated<br />
and presented several papers in national<br />
and international seminars. Apart<br />
from publishing numerous papers in<br />
research journals, she has conducted<br />
management development programs<br />
and was also an editorial Board Member<br />
for Pezzottaite Journals. She offers<br />
courses in the area of Economics.<br />
Prof. Visveswaran worked as an IT consultant for 10 years in the<br />
field of Data warehousing, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.<br />
During his tenure he worked as a Consultant, Solution Architect<br />
and Business Analyst for multiple domains like Retail, Finance and<br />
Healthcare sector for organizations like Wipro, Capgemini and L&T<br />
Infotech.<br />
Prof. Visveswaran Vaiyapuri<br />
B.E - Electronics & Instrumentation<br />
Engineering, M. Tech (Geo-Informatics)<br />
Prior to <strong>IBS</strong>, he was also associated with Jain University, Bangalore<br />
as an Assistant Professor, wherein he taught subjects like<br />
Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Mining & Database<br />
Management Systems. He has been invited to deliver guest lectures<br />
across the country. He was also nominated as the best faculty by<br />
Infosys for the campus connect program. Apart from these, he has<br />
been a visiting faculty at XIME, Symbiosis, ISBR and PES.<br />
