E-Business, IT-Enabled<br />
Services, and Enterprisewide<br />
Information Systems.<br />
She has presented several<br />
research papers at various<br />
national and international<br />
conferences, and is<br />
currently pursuing her<br />
Ph.D. in Text Mining from<br />
Banasthai Vidyapeeth.<br />
Prof. Soni has been closely related to the teaching profession<br />
throughout her career. Being one of the founding members<br />
of the first ever soft skills team at Alliance University, she<br />
worked predominantly on the finer aspects of spoken and<br />
written business communication, leadership development, and<br />
professional development. She has facilitated training programs<br />
for ICICI Bank, Tata Sky, and other corporates during her stint<br />
with Door Training and Consulting India. Other assignments<br />
include faculty and staff development and design and delivery of<br />
“Life Skills” – a course specially created for Defense personnel.<br />
She has also worked with Canara Bank Institute of Information<br />
Technology to train second PUC dropouts to develop skills that<br />
will help them become call center employable.<br />
Dr. Srabasti has completed her Ph.D. in the field of Organizational Behavior<br />
and Human Resources Management from <strong>IBS</strong> Hyderabad, IFHE University.<br />
She also holds a master’s degree from Madras University in the field of<br />
psychology and MBA in HR from <strong>IBS</strong> Pune.<br />
She has published research papers in journals of national and international<br />
repute and has presented papers in international conferences and has been<br />
awarded with best paper titles. Her research interests include Vocational<br />
Psychology, Recruitment and Selection, Job Choices, Employer Branding<br />
and Strategic HRM.<br />

She teaches a range of subject like Organizational Behavior, Human<br />
Resource Management, Principles of Management, Leadership and<br />
