Prof. Ravindra Babu S.
M.Sc, M.Com, MBA, [Ph.D.]
Prof. Ravindra has over 17 years of Industry and Academic experience.
During his Industry days, he was associated with Cipla Pharmaceuticals
in the area of Production & Quality control & was a part of the USFDA
(United States Food Drug Association) Audit. In addition to research
articles and case studies in various reputed journals, he has also published
books in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, International
Financial Management, Banking & Insurance, and Stock and Commodity
markets. He is a qualified Mentor and has completed Mentor development
programs from the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), London
Business School and Goldman Sachs.
Dr. Reema Mohanty

Values Analyst, Ph.D.
Dr. Saisree Mangu
M.Sc.(Statistics), Ph.D. (Statistics)
Dr. Reema has over 10 years of
experience in developing and managing
talent across leading organizations in
India like Infosys Technologies, Mphasis,
and Goldman Sachs. Having done her
Ph.D. on the gaps between B-school
education and industry expectations,
she specializes in the areas of
organizational leadership, employee
relations and organizational behavior,
with a special interest in student
development and strengthening the
academia-industry partnership.
Dr. Saisree is B.Sc. (Mathematics Hons.) M.Sc.
and Ph.D. in Statistics from Utkal University.
She specializes in Multivariate Data Analysis
and Survey Sampling. She has 23 years of
rich experience in Academics and has been
associated with IBS Bangalore since 2008. She
teaches courses in the area of Business Statistics/
Business Research/Business Analytics, and has
several best faculty awards to her credit for
outstanding academic contributions. She has
presented and published several research papers
in the area of web based Surveys / Predictive
Analytics at various national and international
conferences and in journals of repute.
