Philip passed out from Birla Institute of Technology,<br />
Mesra in 2001 and has 24 years of experience. He started<br />
his career with the IT sector in 1995, and later on worked<br />
with Bajaj Allianz Life and Convergys. At <strong>IBS</strong> Bangalore<br />
he is primarily involved in planning and organizing<br />
campus drives, and corporate tie-ups – interfacing<br />
between institute and the industry. He involves himself<br />
in strategic interventions, for meeting desired industry<br />
expectations vis-à-vis student competencies for fresh<br />
hiring, through various initiatives.<br />
Pallavi, a management graduate in HR and<br />
Marketing with Bachelors in Computer Science<br />
has over 11 years of rich corporate training,<br />
sales and customer service experience<br />
with various domestic and multinational<br />
companies. She has been a resource person<br />
for Management Development Programs<br />
(MDP) conducted at various b-schools.<br />
Currently, as a soft skills trainer, she handles<br />
trainings on interviewing techniques and<br />
placement readiness for the students at <strong>IBS</strong><br />
Bangalore.<br />

Shubha, an engineering graduate from Dr. Ambedkar<br />
Institute of Technology, has over 10 years of work<br />
experience. Adept at screening, sourcing and preselection<br />
of candidates and campus relations during her<br />
stint in corporate career as part of the talent acquisition<br />
team, she has since then moved into handling<br />
placement activities with educational institutions.<br />
Having previously associated with R V Institute of<br />
Management & M S Ramaiah Institutions, she is adroit at<br />
implementing qualitative techniques to analyze the skills<br />
of candidates as per client requirement.<br />
