Park, near Hamilton Airport.
The new location is closer
to the main highways, proving
beneficial in saving crucial time
on travelling to their clients in
the wider Waikato region.
“Business has been going
non-stop and growing since we
started,” Scafpro director Karl
Morrow said. “Our team has
been working extremely hard
to provide and facilitate for a
range of single and multilevel
builds for commercial and residential
projects.”
Morrow said their main
goal is to keep maintaining
their professional service,
doing their jobs well and continuing
to do better. But most
importantly, it is about being
safe and promoting safety in
the workplace.
“Safety is paramount in this
industry, safety pays the bills,
so treat it with respect,” Morrow
said. “It is not only about
people paying us to keep them
safe, but keeping our own guys
safe as well."
The new addition of a Hiab
hire crane has made deliveries
and picking up scaffolding
more efficient. Morrow said
upgrading the work vehicles
lifts the positive professional
look. The company is also
looking into more hire equipment,
such as scissor lifts.
Current projects keeping
them busy are the new Summerset
retirement villages in
Rototuna, Hamilton, and the
Chatsfield subdivision in Te
Awamutu. They have recently
worked on a range of construction
projects in Hamilton,
Cambridge, and Te Awamutu.
