Montageanleitung:<br />
1.<br />
Auswahl der zueinander passenden Argus-Fassungen, Argus-Nippel <strong>und</strong> Argus-Schlauch, mit<br />
Hilfe des <strong>Katalog</strong>es. Der Schlauch ist mit Typ <strong>und</strong> DN gekennzeichnet. Der dazu gehörige<br />
Nippel muss in die Fassung <strong>und</strong> zügig in den Schlauch passen.<br />
Abschnittlänge des Schlauches errechnet sich aus der Nennlänge der Schlauchleitung<br />
abzüglich der x-Maße für die jeweilige Anschlussart.<br />
2.<br />
Schlauch rechtwinklig <strong>und</strong> gerade mit Hilfe der Schneidevorrichtung auf Länge schneiden.<br />
Prüfen: Schlauchschicht (Seele, Einlage, Decke) zentrisch?<br />
Schlauch rechtwinklig <strong>und</strong> gerade abgeschnitten?<br />
Wenn nein, Schlauch nicht verwendbar, da kein einwandfreier Schlauchsitz in der Armatur<br />
gewährleistet ist.<br />

Assembly instructions:<br />
1.<br />
Select matching Argus sockets, Argus fittings and Argus hose by referring to the catalogue.<br />
The hose is marked with type and DN number. The matching fitting must fit into the socket and<br />
slide easily into the hose. The cut-off length of the hose is calculated from the nominal length<br />
of the hose assembly minus the x-dimensions for the particular connection type used.<br />
2.<br />
Using the jig device cut off the hose with a straight, right-angled cut to the correct length.<br />
Check: are the hose layers (inner tube, inlay, outer mantle) centred? Has the hose been cut off<br />
with a straight, right-angled cut? If not, then the hose is unusable, as a perfect fit of the hose in<br />
the fitting is not guaranteed.<br />
3.<br />
Schlauchende linksgängig in die OWA-Fassung einschrauben. Zwischen Fassungsboden <strong>und</strong><br />
Schlauchende 1 - 2 mm Luft lassen.<br />
Prüfen: Sitzt Armatur gerade?<br />
3.<br />
Screw hose end into the OWA socket, turning it to the left. Leave 1 - 2 mm gap between<br />
socket base and hose end.<br />
Check: is the hose mounted straight?<br />
