This year we are again supporting the Gees Foundation, a
registered charity, which has a shop on Warwick Parade
selling donated goods at very reasonable prices. Over half
of all the income generated is donated to good causes or
groups within the geographical boundary of South
Woodham Ferrers. The balance is used by the trustees to
help young people enter sustainable farming, sustainable
fishing and water management.
Last year the Festival raised £1,500 in support of their good
works.
