DAY 1<br />
ARRIVAL LUCERNE<br />
Travel by train to Lucerne, situated in<br />
a beautiful lakeside setting with an<br />
impressive mountain backdrop. Check<br />
into the 3* Hotel des Alpes located<br />
in the heart of pedestrian downtown,<br />
where you are based for 4 nights.<br />
Time at leisure to stroll around the<br />

MOUNT RIGI<br />
Today you explore the Queen of<br />
the Mountains – Mount Rigi – with<br />
spectacular views and over 75 miles<br />
of hiking trails. Reach the summit by<br />
boot and cog railway and see snowcapped<br />
Alps, 13 lakes, birds-eye views<br />
of cites like Lucerne and Zug as well<br />
as on clear days as far as Germany<br />
and France.<br />
DAY 3<br />
LUCERNE<br />
Tradition and modernity stand sideby-side<br />
with ease in Lucerne. On a<br />
guided walking tour you visit famous<br />
sights such as the Chapel Bridge, the<br />
Jesuit Church and the modern Culture<br />
and Convention Centre Lucerne (KKL).<br />

STANSERHORN<br />
In the morning board your boat to<br />
Hergiswil, where you connect to a<br />
train to Stans and the valley station<br />
of the Stanserhorn Bahn. Ride a<br />
vintage railway followed by the worlds<br />
first open top cable car “CabriO”.<br />
The open upper deck and large glass<br />
