Modayat, the choice of Europe
Avrupa’nın tercihi Modayat
Modayat, which appeared as a
participant in CNR İMOB fair,
attracted attention at the fair
with its metal footed bases that
are the trend of 2020.
Murat Horoz, owner of the
Kayseri-based company Modayat,
expressed his feelings
that they are highly popular in
the European market and that
they wanted to be a demanded
brand by buyers in the American
continent.
What was your most
preferred product in 2019?
In 2019, we mainly delivered
our products to the European
market. Our plain furnished or
diamond patterned products
and gray color ones attracted
interests in the base group. Our
spring mattresses were the main
preference of the customers.
How do you evaluate the year
2019?
The fluctuating movements of
the markets also has felt itself in
the mattress industry. Our product
sales, especially in the domestic
market, have rather stalled
But, it has motivated us to
manage the process well and to
observe the needs of the target
audience in order to reverse this
situation. When we couldn’t find
the interest that we were looking
for in the domestic market, we
turned our route to export. Thus,
our export share has increased.
Briefly, I can say that we finished
CNR İMOB fuarında katılımcı
olarak boy gösteren Modayat,
2020’nin trendi olan metal ayaklı
bazaları ile fuarda dikkatleri üzerine
topladı.
Kayseri merkezli Modayat firmasının
sahibi Murat Horoz, Avrupa
pazarında oldukça ilgi gören bir
firma olduklarını ve bu talebi Amerika
kıtasında da görmek istediklerini
dile getirdi.
2019 yılında en çok tercih
edilen ürününüz ne oldu?
2019 yılında ağırlıklı olarak Avrupa
pazarına ürünlerimizi ulaştırdık.
Baza grubunda düz döşenmiş
ya da baklava desenli ürünlerimiz
ve gri renk ilgi gördü. Yatak grubunda
ise paket yaylı ürünlerimiz
müşterilerin tercihi oldu.
