Watchdog Timer Driver
The MV internal watchdog timer is a 32-bit count down counter that can
be used to generate a non-maskable interrupt or reset the system in the
event of unpredictable software behavior. After the watchdog is enabled, it
is a free running counter that needs to be serviced periodically in order to
prevent its expiration. This driver provides APIs for full domination over
the Watchdog.

The BSP supports the following on-board devices:
The driver for I 2 C bus supports reading from and writing to any of the
devices on I 2 C especially serial EEPROM and RTC.
The Serial EEPROM driver supports read, write and erase operations to the
device based on the support provided by the I 2 C driver.
The RTC driver supports reading from and writing to RTC registers as well
as scratch memory.
