STREETWISE MAGAZINE

Welcome to

our July issue

After over 3 months break, we are so

delighted to be back in circulation and

able to bring you this issue as we know

that many of you have missed your

monthly issue of Streetwise dropping

through your letterbox.

Despite lockdown restrictions, there’s still

been plenty going on and our community

pages feature some great articles. These

include the fantastic ‘Rochdale’s Got Talent’

competition which raised a whopping £8223.50

for Springhill Hospice. With over 2,000 votes,

Xela Mills won first prize which was a £1,000

jewellery voucher kindly donated by John

Swinden from J&D Alexander in Rochdale.

We have also included a walk to Dunwood Park

which was submitted by Milnrow Library Walking

Group before lockdown as well a walk around

Ryburn Valley submitted by Shanita Lee.

We hope to be able to include more of our

regular contributors in our next August/

September issue which will be delivered

at the end of July.

Until next month…
