user exit (UELR) to be included, where userparms are the parameters that you
have specified. This parameter indicates that no subsequent parameter will be
parsed by the offline loader. If you specify this parameter, the offline loader
does not impose any syntax constraints.
Your JCL must include the following DD statements:
GENFIL
specifies the general file that offline data is written to.
Note: When performing an ALDR load, use the GENFIL and GENFI2
parameters instead of LDROUT.
GENFI2
specifies the general file DSN for the 4 KB region that offline programs and
data are written to.
Note: When performing an ALDR load, use the GENFIL and GENFI2
parameters instead of LDROUT.
LDRLOAD
specifies the location of the loader input file.
LDRTEMP
specifies a temporary data set used to hold information before writing the final
output to the location specified by LDROUT.
LDROUT
specifies the location for the final output. This final output is used as input for
the online load.
Note: When performing an ALDR load, use the GENFIL and GENFI2
parameters instead of LDROUT.
LDRREPORT
specifies the file that the output report is written to. This report includes
information about the programs and components that were loaded and where
they were loaded from. This report also indicates which programs and
components could not be loaded.
If you specify TRACE(ON), your JCL must include the following DD statement:
LDRTRACE
specifies the trace file used for debugging the loader.
Note: This DD statement is ignored when you do not specify the TRACE(ON)
parameter on your JCL EXEC statement.
See “JCL for sending your output” on page 157 for sample JCL.
