-output outfile<br />

specifies the location of the output file, where outfile is the path of the file. The<br />

default is OLDR.out if the oldr parameter was specified. In this case, the offline<br />

loader creates (or replaces the contents of) a file named OLDR.out in your<br />

current working directory. The default is TLDR.out if the tldr parameter was<br />

specified. In this case, the offline loader creates (or replaces the contents of) a<br />

file named TLDR.out in your current working directory.<br />

You also can enter -o for this parameter.<br />

-report reportfile<br />

specifies the location of the report file, where reportfile is the path of the file.<br />

The default is OLDR.report if the oldr parameter was specified. In this case, the<br />

offline loader creates (or replaces the contents of) a file named OLDR.report in<br />

your current working directory. The default is TLDR.report if the tldr parameter<br />

was specified. In this case, the offline loader creates (or replaces the contents<br />

of) a file named TLDR.report in your current working directory.<br />

-trace tracefile<br />

specifies the location of the trace file, where tracefile is the path of the file. If<br />

this parameter is not specified, a trace file is not generated.<br />

You also can enter -t for this parameter.<br />

-w workdir<br />

specifies the working directory, where workdir is the path of the directory. Any<br />

relative paths specified for this command are assumed to be relative to this<br />

directory. If this parameter is not specified, the offline loader assumes that the<br />

appropriate working directory is the directory from which the offldr command<br />

was entered.<br />

-volser<br />

specifies a tape volume serial number (VOLSER), where:<br />

volser<br />

is the volume serial number of the tape that you want the data written to.<br />

This value must match the label on the tape that is mounted on the device<br />

specified by the -output parameter.<br />

SCRTCH<br />

writes the data to a scratch tape that is mounted on the device specified by<br />

the -output parameter.<br />

You must specify this parameter if the output device is a tape.<br />

-expdt yyyyddd<br />

specifies the expiration date for the tape specified, where yyyyddd is the year<br />

and day that the data expires. The data on the tape can be overwritten when<br />

the expiration date on the tape has elapsed. If you do not specify this<br />

parameter, the current date is used and the tape expires.<br />

-retpd nnnn<br />

specifies the retention period for the tape specified, where nnnn is the number<br />

of days before the tape expires. The data on the tape can be overwritten when<br />

the expiration date on the tape has elapsed. If you do not specify this<br />

parameter, zero is used and the tape expires.
