Antwerp and Ghent are the main hosts for the World Choir Games 2021 and promise top-class venues, fantastic choir concerts and unforgettable experiences! With three official languages and a wealth of local dialects, Belgium is a great crossroad of cultures and thus a perfect host for the largest international choir competition in the world. The international participants will be warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home when bringing their music and cultures to Flanders in fall 2021.

Nedda El-Asmar studied Jewellery Design, Gold & Silversmithing.<br />
Craftsmanship and originality, tradition and innovation, functionality and aesthetics and<br />
a passion for re-envisaging traditional objects are all central to Nedda’s work.<br />
Her designs have earned numerous awards and prizes.<br />

The form: Antwerp has been the world‘s largest and most trusted diamond center for over<br />
five centuries. So what could be more obvious than to design the medal and trophy in the<br />
form of a brilliant?<br />
Gold<br />
The triangle, also part of the brilliant cut, is the essential element of the event design.<br />
The eight-pointed star also stands as a symbol for the octave and thus represents the<br />
reference to choral music.<br />
