Antwerp and Ghent are the main hosts for the World Choir Games 2021 and promise top-class venues, fantastic choir concerts and unforgettable experiences! With three official languages and a wealth of local dialects, Belgium is a great crossroad of cultures and thus a perfect host for the largest international choir competition in the world. FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME...<br />
choir singers and guests worldwide cannot only participate in the competition<br />
by sending their contest submission for the Virtual Competition Performance<br />
and the Video Clip Award; but also can live stream the Opening and Closing<br />
Event including the Award Ceremonies, attend workshops, chat with other<br />
international singers in the virtual café and much more on the newly created<br />
online platform “Virtual Village”.<br />

1/2 KG FLOUR<br />
750 ML OF LIQUID (HALF WATER, HALF MILK)<br />
3 TO 4 EGGS<br />
150 GRAMS BUTTER<br />
100 GRAMS SUGAR<br />
25 GRAMS YEAST<br />
1 PINCH OF SALT<br />
1 SACHET OF VANILLA SUGAR<br />
1 SPOON OF OIL<br />

DIRECTIONS:<br />
Sift the flour in a big bowl. Crumble the yeast in half a cup of lukewarm<br />
water. Make a well in the centre and pour the egg yolk, sugar and yeast<br />
solution in it.<br />
Melt the butter in the lukewarm milkwater, pour it together with the oil<br />
onto the flour.. Throw the surrounding flour on top of it, add a pinch of salt<br />
and stir everything with a mixer until it becomes a nice batter.<br />
Whip up the egg white and the vanilla sugar and add it gently to the dough.<br />
Let everything rise on a warm spot until doubled.<br />
