who is physically fit and active, enjoys working<br />
outdoors, is able to interact in a friendly and<br />
professional manner with students, parents, and<br />
staff at all times as amember of our support staff<br />
team and welcoming school community.<br />
The work involves working within a budget,<br />
liaising with contractors, security, Health and<br />
Safety, minor maintenance, ongoing upkeep, and<br />
maintenance ofthe grounds, and refuse disposal.<br />
The successful candidate will have a keen eye<br />
for detail, excellent practical, time management<br />
and problem-solving skills. Asolid knowledge of<br />
maintenance, grounds keeping, planning and the<br />
ability to work independently will be essential<br />
for this position. The successful candidate will be<br />
required to undertake apolice vet check prior to<br />
commencementofemployment.<br />
Remuneration is by negotiation but will reflectthe<br />
unique skills the successful applicant will bring<br />
