said “Even though the<br />
fair was held for the<br />
first time, there is an<br />
atmosphere as if it<br />
has been held many<br />
times before. There<br />
is a very professional<br />
team at the fair, both<br />
in terms of organization<br />
and participants. Especially the foreign customers<br />
from visitors are better than we expected. Although there<br />
are global problems such as war and epidemics in the<br />
world at the moment, our fair is going very well. We are<br />
also very satisfied. We see that the visitors coming to our<br />
stand have a good feeling for the fair. The organization<br />
continues very smoothly.”<br />
Ömer Can Çolak, drawing attention to the export potential<br />
and foreign visitor rate at the fair, gave the following<br />
statements in his interview; “I hope it will be fruitful for<br />
everyone. IBIA organized the event very successfully. We<br />
are very satisfied with the rate of foreign visitors.<br />
We see that there are visitors coming from almost all over<br />
the world to visit the fair. They are already planning to<br />
participate in the fair to be held next year. I can really say<br />
that the fair is going well for everyone.”<br />
Ay Yay: As if IBIA EXPO has<br />
been held for years<br />
Katırcıgil, pointing out that the<br />
fair received visitors from many<br />
countries, stated that they were<br />
satisfied with this issue and said<br />
“Although the IBIA EXPO Fair<br />
is held for the first time, there<br />
are many visitors from different<br />
countries as if it has been held<br />
for many years. There is participation<br />
not only from mattresses<br />
but also from other furniture<br />
fields. In terms of the first two<br />
days, it goes very well. We think<br />
that the next two days will pass in the same way. Considering<br />
that the last two days will coincide with the weekend,<br />
I believe that it will be even more intense. “<br />
Atlas Matress: If IBIA Fair<br />
can keep its stability, it can<br />
leave global fairs behind<br />
Ali Can Karaca, who gave an<br />
interview to Sleeptech magazine at<br />
the fairground, said that they met<br />
new visitors from different markets<br />
at the fair and that big players from<br />
America and Englandv were in the<br />
fairground. Karaca, expressing that<br />
they did not expect the fair went<br />
so successfully, said; “First of all, I<br />
have to say that this fair is a first for<br />
me as well. IBIA Fair was the first<br />
fair I attended on my own behalf with my own company.<br />
Frankly, I did not expect the fair to be so different and so<br />
successful. The fair is very well prepared and there are<br />
only glitches. Honestly, I didn’t expect so many visitors to<br />
come. As far as I saw at a high level in fairs in general, we<br />
would encounter customers we already know and know<br />
in the sector. Unlike other fairs I attended, I met a lot of<br />
new people. In addition, I realized that very serious buyers<br />
from far away countries participated in the fair. I saw that<br />
big buyers and big players, especially from the UK and<br />
the USA, were at the fair and I was really impressed. Mr.<br />
Ali Can expressed that IBIA EXPO Fair can surpass the<br />
global fairs in this field if it progresses by making addition<br />
of it. Karaca repeated his previous criticism about space<br />
distribution related to the fair organization, used the<br />
following expressions in his interview; “Of course, there<br />
are other points that I would like to mention. I had said it<br />
in my previous reviews. I had a criticism about the place.<br />
I think it is correct to place the big players that are in the<br />
Turkish market in different parts of the fairground instead<br />
of positioning them in a single spot at the next fairs. Since<br />
the visitors will visit them directly, I think they can visit<br />
other companies on the walking routes. I think this will be<br />
an opportunity for medium-sized companies that stand by<br />
the big players. Also, I am not sure about its clarity, but it<br />
is said that the fair will be held every other year. Personally,<br />
I am in favor of organizing the fair once a year. If this fair<br />
continues like this and advances by making addition, it will<br />
be much more successful than the Interzum Cologne Fair<br />
held in Germany. It is because I saw, for the first time, a<br />
fair that was organized specifically for the mattress sector<br />
and was so successful.”<br />
Aydın Tekstil: IBIA Fair<br />
is going very well<br />
Özalp said in his evaluation “We were frankly<br />
a little nervous since IBIA Fair was held for<br />
the first time, but we have never been idle<br />
from the first day of the fair until this minute.<br />
Thankfully, a very good fair is going.”<br />
