Ingredients<br />
45ml Absolut Vanilla<br />
25 ml Passion fruit purée<br />
15 ml vanilla syrup<br />
1 pineapple slice<br />
1 half passion fruit<br />
Method<br />
Muddle one slice of pineapple in a<br />
shaker. Add Absolut Vanilla, passion<br />
fruit pulp from half a passion fruit,<br />
vanilla syrup, and passion fruit purée.<br />
Shake and double strain into a chilled<br />
cocktail glass. Garnish with the half<br />
passion fruit floating. Serve with a shot<br />
of Champagne.<br />

Strawberry Fields<br />
Ingredients<br />
15 ml Cornish Pastis<br />
25 ml Tarquin’s Cornish Gin<br />
10 ml elderflower syrup<br />
10 ml lemon juice<br />
25 ml soda water<br />
2 fresh strawberries (sliced)<br />
Method<br />
Place the Pastis, gin, elderflower and<br />
lemon in a wine glass. Add a few<br />
blocks of ice and 4 slices of strawberry.<br />
Stir for about 30 seconds. Fill the glass<br />
with ice, top with soda water & garnish<br />
with a few more slices of strawberry.<br />
