Sauvignon Blanc originated in the Loire valley in France where some of the most famous and<br />
expensive iterations are produced, this Pouilly Fume is a fantastic example of this French style, it is<br />
more delicate than the new world wines with aromas of elderflower, green apple, delicate green<br />
notes and ripe lemon and it’s a fabulous match for goats’ cheese.<br />
These two South African Sauvignons sits somewhere in between the punchier Marlborough<br />
Sauvignons and the more subtle French styles, with bright, vibrant citrus and peach notes. They<br />
are perfect for sipping on their own or with light dishes such as a tomato salad.<br />
