News from Oceanside GSFE Debbie Love Cheri Reynolds Hello my GSFE Sisters: 2023 is bringing changes to our Chapter. Let’s see what’s new: 1. Dinner is served. We’re back where food and drink is on the menu. We will be at the Oceanside Broiler located on the Harbor in Oceanside (1325 Harbor Dr. North.) We will have a private room and a dedicated waitress for our group. We can order from the regular menu or happy hour menu. Please plan to order food and drink and tip generously so it is worth their while to have us. 2. Barbara Maisonet, is our Speaker, and if you’ve never heard her before, you’re in for a treat. In line with the theme of CHANGE, she will be talking about ‘Changing Things Up.’ It’s true, see the flier. This is Barbara’s first time speaking to our group. Don’t miss it, she is amazing. 3. New Director. I’m the new Director and this matters because Tammra pretty much did everything as Director. (Thank you Tammra) 4. New Co-Director. Cheri Reynolds is the new Co-Director. Thanks Cheri for stepping up. By the way, she’s new too. 5. New Venmo. Oceanside GSFE Kindness Award Recipients Nov. 13 th , 2022 In November our chapter recognized two amazing women as our 2022 Kindness Award Recipients, Heather Kent and Donna Weber. Both women exemplify kindness to others, willingness to help our group grow and serving our community. Donna also served as this events Co- Chair along with Joan Wakeland.
