Dr. Alisha Wilkins<br />
Working Remote<br />
Dr. Alisha Wilkins is an organizational psychologist.<br />
She helps business leaders and their remote<br />
workers with the challenges of developing and<br />
maintaining connections in their organizations, with<br />
their teams, and with each other.<br />
Her work has resulted in the creation of a unique<br />
community of women business owners called Hera<br />
Hub Temecula - a female-focused community,<br />
shared workspace, and business accelerator. She is<br />
about to release her new book “The Remote Work<br />
Doctor”<br />
Working Remote: Virtual and Hybrid meetups<br />
aren’t going away, so how do we build community<br />
and create authentic connections with others in this<br />
remote environment? Dr. Wilkins will provide tips<br />
on making the virtual communication process less<br />
painful and isolating with tips on:<br />
• communication norms<br />
• avoiding communication paradox<br />
• setting boundaries<br />
The Temecula <strong>GSFE</strong> meets the 1st Wednesday of every month from 5:30 to 8:00 pm.<br />
