SUSTAINABILITY CULTURE & PARTNERSHIP ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES • Creation for each branch of a company notice board on Quality, Environment and Safety topics to spread good environmental practices, with particular reference to energy consumption and waste management. • Company newsletter and intranet, to make our employees aware of environmental and sustainability issues and help raise individual awareness of environmental and social impact of their activities. • At the end of 2021, FERCAM established the social enterprise FERCAM Echo Labs.
