We help organise the day as much
or as little as needed and work
alongside many supplier partners.
What facilities for outdoor
functions do you offer?
We have four giant interlinked
tipis, one smaller tipi and a
catering tent. Toilets, furniture,
the firepit and a generator is all
included and loads more (all listed
on the website). Customers only
have the bar, entertainment and
catering to hire in separately.
What services do you offer?
Our venue is mainly dry hire and
customers can do what they want
with it (within reason). We do
offer the option of a bar, which we
can run ourselves. This year we
are also constructing a dedicated
outdoor ceremony space which
can be used for celebrant
ceremonies.
We support our clients in
their planning as much or as
little as they need and have a
comprehensive supplier list which
we provide at an early stage of
interest. They can use this to get a
head start on everything from food
and accommodation to florists,
hairdressers and crockery hire.
We hire the venue for three
days at a time which gives people
enough time to tailor things to
their own taste and make their
event truly unique.
Describe how you researched
and sourced your structures
Our tipis were sourced from
Tentipi who are based in Devon.
We had them delivered and then
received a two day training course
on how to erect them etc. The
toilets are a luxury unit which
we just hire in for each event
separately.
How do you work with your
customers to make their events
unique?
Well the whole business idea is
based around it being unique to
them. We give them the beautiful
basic structure and they tailor the
décor, food and entertainment
around what they want. They can
arrange the furniture how they
like, bring in or take away bits. Also
