As most suppliers are hired in,<br />
they bring their own staff. If we<br />
do need anyone to run the bar<br />
etc. we hire in casual staff (mainly<br />
students etc.) from the local<br />
village.<br />
What are your plans for next<br />

To promote as much as possible<br />
and just work hard to make sure<br />
the events that are already booked<br />
run as smoothly as possible.<br />
What do you enjoy about the<br />
business and why?<br />
It’s fairly new at the moment but<br />
so far the actual events have been<br />
the most fun, even though you are<br />
working very hard to ensure things<br />
run smoothly. You have a lot of fun<br />
looking after the guests and it’s<br />
good team work.<br />

What advice could you give<br />
to someone coming into the<br />
industry?<br />
Do your research into everything,<br />
the laws, the licensing, the<br />
industry, the competition etc. You<br />
can’t do enough!<br />
