Restructure at LS Events
LS Events has announced changes to its
company structure which will see Dave
Grindle and Steve Reynolds take on the
role of Co-CEOs with immediate effect.
Whilst they will continue to play key
operational roles, the move recognises the
significant strategic contribution Grindle
and Reynolds make within the business as
it continues to experience growth.
Dave Grindle was a founding member
of LS Events (formerly Loud Sound)
with Jim King in 2004 and has played an
integral role in shaping the organisation’s
reputation for delivering event excellence.
Steve Reynolds joined in 2016 and has
been instrumental in widening the
scope of the LS Events client portfolio,
developing the business in new areas
including sports, public sector and
ceremonial events, whilst continuing to
deliver to live entertainment clients.
This strategic announcement comes
ahead of a busy 2023, with a diverse
and exciting rosta of projects including
delivering two of the UK’s major music
festivals in American Express presents BST
Hyde Park and LUNO presents All Points
East.
Steve Reynolds said: “This exciting
evolution of our structure enables Dave
and I to continue to focus on our clients’
needs whilst empowering our incredible
team to deliver first class operational
solutions.”
Dave Grindle comments: “Having
been with LS Events since its inception,
it’s humbling to reflect on how far the
business has come. I’m proud to be
stepping into this role alongside Steve at
such an exciting time in our company’s
development.”
