CHESHAM UTD WOMEN 1
GRACE Stanley grabbed a hat-trick as Rangers
routed their visitors with a display of clinical
finishing at the Powerday Stadium.
The R’s had to come from behind after Doriane
Senmani Sani fired Chesham into an early lead,
with Kasha Petit netting the equaliser from the
penalty spot.
Soon afterwards, Petit forced a save from
Chesham goalkeeper Lucia Delves, but Stanley
then took centre stage with two goals in six
minutes.
Her long-range strike put QPR in front and Petit
then supplied the assist for Stanley to score
her second before Ellen Wardlaw beat Delves to
make it 4-1 at half-time.
Stanley completed her treble after the break with
a shot on the turn and Ellie Searle lobbed the
keeper to wrap up the scoring with Rangers’ sixth
of the afternoon.
The R’s are at home again on Sunday when they
take on Hashtag United FC at the Powerday
Stadium, kick-off 2pm.
