FEATURE EFTTEX A GREAT WAY TO BE AT EFTTEX WITHOUT A STAND There are so many reasons to be at EFTTEX in Budapest this June – and so many ways to attend. As a BNP exhibitor, you are allowed to enter the exhibition as an exhibitor without having your own stand!” BRAND FOCUS As a Best New Product Exhibitor, you are allowed to nominate up to 14 products in the Best New Product Showcase. Naturally, it is important only registered brands are allowed into this competition and it is also important that past year nominated products are also excluded. So, the focus is on the brands and the knowledge and development behind them 24 www.tackletradeworld.com The previous year, the Digital Best New Product Showcase restructured the categories of the competition. Now there are around 50 categories in six main categories, so you do not need to compete with unmatchable products. Zoltan continued: “This new structure gives smaller companies a chance to challenge the big ones and overtake them in the competition. But the Best New Product Showcase is not just a competition, it’s also a powerful marketing tool. Enormous exposure is guaranteed during and after the Showcase – this presence is essential for all the small brands to step into the limelight.” It’s not just the categories that were renewed in 2022 but the judging system and the newly introduced ‘green booster’ (for environmentally friendly products) were also given a refresh. This year, the Showcase returns to a live event, so you can meet the nominees and check your rivals live. Zoltan continued: “As our world becomes greener, EFTTEX wants to join green solutions and inspire all BNP Showcase entries to do the same. The ‘green booster’ can change the competition and provide a greener solution, from runner-up to winner position. Right now, it isn’t enough to have a new solution, take care that you chose a green solution to reach the top.” Moreover, as an exhibitor, you can enjoy all the benefits of your badge You can book a meeting room and invite your business partners there to enjoy a private atmosphere where you discuss big deals. This year, EFTTEX will have not just a fly fishing pool but a bait casting pool and a carp aquarium too. So, you can enjoy a presentation at one of the demo pools or drop in for a coffee at the Business Lounge. As a BNP exhibitor, you will be given one exhibitor badge after the first product nomination and an additional one after each third new nomination. Zoltan concluded: “Be sure, there will be a lot of companies who would rather want to visit EFTTEX as a BNP exhibitor than as a visitor, be one of them and register now!” EFTTEX www.efttex.com
