and Switzerland<br />
(DACH).<br />
Marc will<br />
be taking over<br />
the role from<br />
Dietmar Isaiasch<br />
who will move<br />
to a new position Marc Bierwolf<br />
focused on<br />
marketing and<br />
product development.<br />
Together, Marc and Dietmar will cover the largest fishing tackle<br />
market in Europe and provide Fairpoint’s customers with an even<br />
better service.<br />
Fairpoint’s CSO Europe and founder Thomas Petersen<br />
explained: “We are thrilled to bring Marc on board. He brings<br />
many years of experience from the region to the table, and I expect<br />
him to hit the ground running. With his skills and track record we<br />
are all set to take our business in the region to the next level.<br />
“Dietmar has done a fantastic job for the company as country<br />
manager Germany and it is time for him to move into a new role,<br />
which also has a big place in his heart – marketing and product<br />
development. I am confident that Marc and Dietmar together will<br />
reach our ambitious goals for the DACH market.”<br />
Marc, who will be a familiar face to most of the firm’s DACH<br />
customers due to his long track-record in the industry since 1996,<br />
will take on the responsibility for the sales of Fairpoint’s brands<br />
Westin and Kinetic in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from<br />
August 1st.<br />
A passionate fisherman who lives with his family in northern<br />
Germany, Marc said: “I am very happy to become part of a great<br />
company. I see enormous growth potential in the future by<br />
bringing my sales experience to bear alongside an ambitious and<br />
fantastic team.”<br />
Meanwhile, Dietmar is one of the best-known anglers in the<br />
DACH region and has a strong social and traditional media<br />
following. This, combined with his vast knowledge of predator<br />
fishing and attention to detail, make him the ideal person within<br />
the marketing and product development team.<br />
Fairpoint COO Thomas Sanotra added: “I am very excited to be<br />
able to get a person like Dietmar in my team. His broad knowledge<br />
of our great industry, combined with his tireless drive to innovate<br />
in both marketing and product development, makes him a very<br />
