General Information<br />
All speakers are requested to deliver their presentation 30 minutes prior to each session block<br />
at the latest to R-Events. All presentations submitted to R-Events by the specified advance<br />
deadline are pre-loaded on to the session room computer. If you did not submit your presentation<br />
in advance bring your presentation on a USB/flash drive and R-Events staff will assist you with<br />
loading your presentation.<br />

The meeting language for presentations, workshops and discussions is English.<br />
