You Gotta Laugh

Want To Sit With Me?: A guy is looking
for a place to sit in a crowded university
library. He spotted a very pretty girl and asked,
“Do you mind if I sit beside you?”
The girl replied with a loud voice: “I don’t
want to spend the night with you!”
All the students in the library started staring at the guy. He was truly
embarrassed and moved to another table.
After a couple of minutes, the girl walked quietly to the guy’s table
and said with a laugh, “I study psychology, and I know what a man
is thinking. I guess you felt embarrassed, right?”
The guy responded with a very loud voice: “$500 for one night? .
. . That’s absurd!” All the people in the library looked at the girl in
shock.
The guy then whispered in her ear: “I study law, and I know how
to screw people.”
*Traveling Man: I’ve been to a lot of places, but I’ve never been in
Cahoots. Apparently, you can’t go alone, you have to be in Cahoots
with someone.
I’ve also never been in Cognito, either. I heard no one recognizes
you there.
I have, however, been in Sane. They don’t have an airport; you
have to be driven there. I’ve made several trips.
*And That’s How The Fight Started: Last month, my wife and
I were sitting on our couch watching TV. Suddenly, she heard that she
got a text on her phone that she left in the kitchen. She goes to the
kitchen to check it, and it’s a text from me: “Please bring the beer
and chips on your way back.”
*And That’s How The Fight Started, Part 2: I never
called her stupid, but when I asked her to spell “orange “and she
asked me if I meant the fruit or the color, it caught me off guard.
*And Finally: I get most of my exercise these days by shaking my
head in disbelief.
