del Doge, l’Armeria e le Prigioni.
The ancient seat of Government and Justice and the Doge’s residence
from the 9th century to the fall of the Republic. It is possible inside
to visit the Greater Council, the Senate and the Collegium halls, decorated
with paintings by Tintoretto, Titian and Veronese, the Doge’s
apartments, the famous Council of Ten, the Armoury and the Prisons.
