Each new season is a great time<br />

<strong>to</strong> embark on new activities. And,<br />

of course, the fall is a great time for<br />

exploring the beautiful outdoors.<br />

Nordic pole walking is a great activity <strong>to</strong><br />

try. As a certified Nordixx pole walking<br />

instruc<strong>to</strong>r, I believe pole walking isn’t<br />

just an exercise—it can be a journey<br />

<strong>to</strong>wards a healthier and more fulfilling<br />

lifestyle. It’s a fantastic activity <strong>to</strong><br />

revitalize your fitness routine, boost<br />

your mood, and immerse yourself in<br />

the beauty of the outdoors.<br />

Nordic pole walking originated in<br />

Europe, basically as an out-of-season<br />

training <strong>to</strong> cross country skiing. That’s<br />

right, a training activity, as the arm<br />

movements mimic the arms in cross<br />

country skiing. So, contrary <strong>to</strong> what<br />

some people think, the benefits of<br />
