The future of rugby in the district is looking bright after Lincoln (above) and West Rolleston faced off in the year 5/6 final at the Canterbury<br />
primary schools’ winter sports tournament last week. Lincoln scored after the final whistle to win three tries to two at South Hagley Park. Teams<br />
from across the district played in several different sports at the tournament.<br />
